Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Mystery Dumplings! 🥟✨

Returns:
We accept returns of unopened and unused Mystery Dumplings within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Mystery Items:
Because each Mystery Dumpling is randomly selected, we do not accept returns or exchanges because of the design you receive. The surprise is part of the fun! 🥟💕

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds:
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider's normal processing time for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items:
Opened Mystery Dumplings and items damaged after delivery through normal use are not eligible for return.
